Municipal Vulnerability Prepareness Grant Program (MVP) FY27
Awarded communities will convene a Core Team, receive training on climate resilience and equity, revisit community resilience priorities with broader community input, and co-develop and implement a Seed Project. The process is structured across ten steps over roughly 23 months, including recruiting community liaisons, conducting social vulnerability assessments, selecting and planning a $50,000 Seed Project, implementing that project, and submitting final deliverables and reporting to the MVP Regional Coordinator.
