Student Portal RFQ
The selected bidder will provide services to refine, design, build, test, deploy and transition the Student Portal. The engagement includes discovery and requirements refinement, product and user experience design, solution design and implementation, data and integration (including with MyMassGov and participating institutions), quality assurance and production readiness, and deployment, knowledge transfer and transition. The MVP will support the Direct Admissions student experience, enabling eligible students to securely access and review their admissions opportunities, understand applicable tuition, fee and financial aid or affordability information, and indicate their intent to enroll through a 'Claim My Spot' process. The MVP will also support administrative capabilities for DHE to operate and oversee the portal, and data exchange with participating schools, districts, agencies, and institutions. The solution must be deployed and hosted within the Commonwealth's AWS infrastructure, use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with preference for Terraform, and be developed using an AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AI-DLC) approach. The Commonwealth will retain full intellectual property rights, ownership, and control of the Student Portal and its data.
