Ch. 149, the Town of Raynham is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for On-Call Plumbing Services. Complete bid packages may be obtained as of 10/15/26 by e-mailing gbarnes@town.raynham.ma.us or on COMMBUYS.
Sealed bids must be received at the Town Administrator Office, 558 South Main St., Raynham, MA 02767 on or before Thursday, 11/5/26 at 2:00 P.M., at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools and equipment necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance of plumbing repair and maintenance. The contractor shall perform routine and emergency plumbing services at Town and School buildings and facilities, including but not limited to fixture repairs, leaks, faucet repairs, freeze ups, drain work, and repairs to piping systems including all piping, valves, regulators, shutoffs, couplings, and pressure relief equipment, domestic cold and hot water systems, including all piping, fittings, valves, shutoffs, pressure relief devices, pumps and drains.
