Sealed bids must be received at the Town Administrator Office, 558 South Main St., Raynham, MA 02767 on or before Thursday, 11/5/26 at 2:00 P.M., at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened.
The selected contractor will perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance services including installing wires, conduit, apparatus, fixtures and appliances for light, heat or power purposes and maintaining interior fire and security control panels and associated equipment, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials, responding by phone within 3 hours for non-emergency and 1 hour for emergency calls, with on-site response typically within 24 hours and 3 hours respectively, under a one-year contract with up to two one-year renewals awarded to up to three contractors.
