The work includes furnishing all equipment, tools, materials, supervision, labor and all other items necessary to construct a dewatering drainage line of approximately 1,250 linear feet of 36-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe that will discharge to an outfall structure to the Charles River in Needham, MA. The outfall structure will consist of an HDPE pipe on a rip-rap splash pad. The drainage line will extend east from I-95/Highland Avenue interchange below Brook Road, Arlington Road, Charles Street, and a paved surface parking lot at 163 Highland Avenue. The work will also include the removal and replacement of approximately 288 linear feet of Town of Needham vitrified clay sewer main. Upon completion, the work will include milling and overlaying the pavement from curb to curb along certain portions of the work.
