The purpose of this RFR is to create a pool of individuals that DMH may use for hearing officers. DMH will enter into contracts with those individuals it determines are qualified, interested and available to conduct fair hearings involving DMH and/or individuals seeking or receiving DMH services. The DMH General Counsel, or designee, will assign hearings to hearing officers in writing by a letter or by e-mail.
