The City of Stephenville shall receive sealed bids for 2026 FORD F-350 SQUAD UPFITTING until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, November 12th, 2026.

The awarded bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and other items necessary to perform the upfit of one (1) Ford F-350 squad truck. The City shall provide the vehicle. The bidder shall coordinate vehicle drop-off and pickup, complete an intake inspection with photographs, confirm compatibility, obtain written approval of equipment layout before installation, notify the City of delays, and return the vehicle in clean condition with all required equipment operational. The work includes all items listed in the specification, such as emergency lighting, siren, bumpers, console, Lind DC computer charger, battery upgrade, bed slide, bed and rear storage, electrical terminations, refrigerator, mounting hardware, floor mats, aluminum camper, and custom graphics.
