The Contractor shall perform cleaning services for the Griffith E. Harris Golf Course, including: Golf Center (Administration side) – clean, mop, restock 2 single bathrooms (1 with shower), mop tiled floor, vacuum rugs, 3 times per week year-round; Golf Center Public Bathrooms – clean, mop, restock Men and Ladies rooms, 4 times per week April to mid-December; Restaurant/Clubhouse Bathrooms – clean, mop, restock Men and Ladies rooms, vacuum carpets, 4 times a week April to mid-January; Golf Course Maintenance Bldg. Bathrooms/Office – clean, mop, restock Men and Ladies rooms, 4 times a week April to mid-December. Cleaning shall be completed in the mornings, with a 7 AM start and 12 PM completion. The Contractor’s Manager shall inspect the work and converse with the Golf Course Management once every two months.
