The City of San Antonio (City), Capital Delivery Department (CDD) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms (Respondents) to provide on-call Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) engineering services for City-owned facilities. These services will support both new construction and major renovations, with the goal of ensuring safe, reliable, code-compliant, and well-coordinated building systems. Scope of work may include assessment and evaluation of existing MEP/FP systems; preparation of design documents; interdisciplinary coordination; construction phase services such as site visits, submittal and RFI reviews, and field observations; and project close-out and warranty follow-up services.
