INVITATION TO BIDDERS
SEALED BIDS addressed to 53 Eagles Cove, Ltd. on behalf of East Lake Houston Management District for Construction of Clearing, Grading, Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage and Detention, and Paving and Appurtenances to serve Eagles Cove Subdivision will be received at the office of Tetra Land Services, 5304 Ashbrook Drive, 1st Floor, Houston, Texas 77081, until 3:30 p.m. local time, Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Bidding documents may be examined via CivCast at www.civcast.com. Bidders must register on this website to download bidding documents. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid Security, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and Texas Ethics Commission Form 1295 shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
53 Eagles Cove, Ltd. on behalf of East Lake Houston Management District will hold a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the office of Tetra Land Services, 5304 Ashbrook Drive, 1st Floor, Houston, Texas 77081, at 3:30 p.m. local time, Wednesday, October 14, 2026. 53 Eagles Cove, Ltd. on behalf of East Lake Houston Management District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which, in the Board’s judgement, will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
