Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and expertise to source, transport and plant replacement trees in Area 1 and Area 2, inspect planting sites, ensure utilities are marked via OUPS and permits acquired, dig, plant, backfill with pulverized soil plus biochar amendment and watering aid, mulch, water and install watering bags, clean up sites, coordinate supervision and scheduling with Urban Forestry, complete seasonal work orders, refill watering bags weekly June 1 to September 30, and guarantee all trees for one year with replacement at contractor expense.
