2026 Lead Service Line Replacement Contract 2

The contractor will replace lead service lines on both public and private property, including material investigation, excavation, installation of new copper service lines, meter setting, restoration of disturbed surfaces (asphalt, concrete, sod), and coordination with property owners. Work areas include Clifton/Woolper/Vine and Harvey/Rockdale/Blair, with approximately 458 total lead lines. The contractor must furnish all materials except water meters and filter kits, which GCWW provides. The contract includes a 1-year warranty on all labor, materials, and workmanship.
