Janitorial Services

The scope includes janitorial services at three locations: Location 1 (950 Eden Park Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45202) – once per week cleaning windowsills, dusting blinds, interior and exterior front door and glass, wiping down and dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors and staircase, high and low dusting including base boards, ceiling fan blades, light fixtures and vents; twice per week emptying trash cans, complete clean, wipe down, and sanitize of restroom(s) and kitchen/break room, keeping washroom/supply closet clean and organized. Location 2 (2625 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45206) – same schedule and tasks as Location 1. Location 3 (3001 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45225) – minimum of two employees, once per month high/horizontal/low cleaning/dusting throughout the building including tops of all ceiling lights, ceiling vents, walls, picture frames, wall partitions, door frames, door vents, desktops, tables, shelves, file cabinets, computer monitors, copier and printer machines, chair backs and legs, fitness equipment, and laundry and garage areas; wet mop all baseboards free of dust/dirt buildup; all remaining dust will be discarded with a Hepa vacuum cleaner.
