The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, packing materials, permits, and incidentals necessary to provide complete commercial moving services for City facilities on an as-needed basis. Services include relocation of freestanding and modular furniture, file cabinets, records, computers, telecommunications equipment, audio/visual equipment, shelving, warehouse contents, appliances, and other departmental equipment. The Contractor must also provide removal, hauling, recycling, donation delivery, or disposal services when directed. The Contractor must have available at minimum ten moving trucks, three hundred moving carts, and eight hundred furniture dollies, and must be capable of providing two movers and one truck within 24 hours of request.
