The project consists of repair and improvement of the existing Sinton Avenue operations work hub, including the Sinton Garage and Auxiliary Building 1, and construction of a new Biochar Building and Auxiliary Building 2 as well as associated site improvements. Project components include a new roof with significant solar energy capacity, exterior glazing, new zoned HVAC, electric systems, offices, employee restrooms, EV charging stations, and improved material storage. Work is organized into trade divisions including General Construction (Divisions 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 13, 22, 23, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33), Plumbing (Divisions 01, 22), Electrical (Divisions 01, 26), and Mechanical HVAC (Divisions 01, 23). Bidders may submit bids for individual trades or combination bids covering all trades. Three additive bid items (alternates) are available: Pre-Engineered Metal Building structures, PV Array Solar Panel System, and Phased Construction with Temporary Owner Occupancy.
