City plans to remove and replace 96in CMP with 62LF 9'x6' RCBC; Add (2) concrete wingwalls; Add (1) DCB CLDS 20.03; Add (1) CLDS 20.05; Add (2) NCDOT 840.01 CB's; City plans to add approx. 87 LF of 15in RCP; Curb and gutter replacement; pavement resurfacing.
