The vaults and septic tanks shall be pumped as needed per Exhibit B, Attachment 1 and include emergency pumpings. Pumping shall occur no longer than two weeks from request for standard pumping and no longer than 2 hours from request for emergency pumping. Contractor must carry all necessary permits for pumping septic tanks within Humboldt County as well as hauling and disposing of sewage.
