Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 10/8/2026, at 10:00 AM at Moreno Valley/March Air Reserve Base, 14941 Riverside Dr., Riverside, CA 92518. This location is the Armory next to the active Base. Detailed information/instructions will be found in the IFB Packet, Page 4, Section 3.b. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-16 - Fire Protection Contractor license.
