This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541350 (size standard $11.5 million), PSC J056. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with five 12-month ordering periods (60 months), estimated to start November 1, 2026. This acquisition uses FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures.
