Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 9/9/2026, at 11:30 AM at Santa Rosa Armory, 1500 Armory Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95401. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-36 - Plumbing Contractor license.
