The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials to renovate the galley at USCG Station Lake Tahoe. The work includes: safely disconnecting plumbing, gas, and electrical; demolishing and removing existing cabinetry, countertops, sink, combination griddle/burner unit, and commercial freezer unit; furnishing and installing new commercial-grade base, tall, and wall cabinetry, durable stainless-steel countertops, a new commercial-grade sink and faucet assembly, a new combination griddle/burner unit, and a new commercial-grade freezer unit; protecting and integrating the existing refrigerator unit; performing final site cleanup and legal removal/disposal of all construction debris; and complying with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, including OSHA Lead in Construction Standard and EPA refrigerant reclamation requirements.
