The Vendor provides fire alarm system inspection, testing, maintenance and repair services at Illinois Veterans Home-Quincy Hammond Hall Building, including functional tests of all initiating devices on rotation for 12-month coverage, preventive maintenance, system diagnostics, quarterly written reports meeting NFPA 72, replacement or repair of failed Edwards panels, components, PC boards and lightning suppression devices, coordination with the Facility Chief Engineer, notification of impairments within 2 hours, and emergency response within four hours during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
