The PMO vendor will lead and coordinate all aspects of the transition from Corticon to an upgraded rules engine for the IL IES. Responsibilities include updating the project schedule daily, producing weekly status reports, performing risk/issue management weekly, facilitating meetings weekly, and overseeing user acceptance testing weekly. The vendor will also refine and manage the project schedule, publish weekly status reports, identify and monitor risks, and record meeting minutes.
