The Vendor must adhere to CLIA, CAP, OSHA, IDPH, CMS, and TJC standards, provide a Quality Assurance program, professional personnel for consultation, a Reference Laboratory Services Guide, an emergency and disaster plan, and monthly reports. The Vendor will also handle billing and collections for lab services.
