The Department of Human Services, DHS Bureau of Pharmacy and Clinical Support Services (DHS) require clinical laboratory services for the 14 Mental Health and Developmental Disability facilities located throughout the State of Illinois.
The Vendor will provide laboratory services for clients and employees of DHS, including specimen collection, testing, reporting, courier services, and electronic transmission of results. The Vendor must adhere to CLIA, CAP, OSHA, IDPH, CMS, and TJC standards, provide a Quality Assurance program, professional personnel for consultation, a Reference Laboratory Services Guide, an emergency and disaster plan, and monthly reports. The Vendor will also handle billing and collections for lab services.
