Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on 9/29/26 at 5301 W Lexington, Chicago, IL 60644 in the basement conference room. Please notify security that you are there for a pre-bid meeting.
The conveyor system shall be installed in the stairwell leading to the basement of the building. It must include a Flow Turn Conveyor or approved equivalent, 125" length, 24" minimum belt width, 3 1/2" thickness/height, 18" above the stairs, a rain cover/jacket 24"x20', a 1.5 HP/230-volt/4.5-amp motor, a door with lock at the top and 2 access doors on the side, a 90-degree motorized turn piece on the end, removable enclosure, photoeyes at top and bottom, emergency stop buttons, and up/down/stop push buttons at each level. The conveyor must transport products both upwards and downwards. The contractor is responsible for bringing power to the panel. Vendor must provide a one-year complete warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty, including parts and labor.
