RFP #1974-02 SITE-BASED WAIT LIST DISCRIMINATION TESTING
The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) seeks proposals from qualified universities, firms and/or individuals for independent testing of its Site-Based Wait Lists in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR § 903.7(b)(2)(v)(B). The Scope of Services includes the use of independent testers or other means satisfactory to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assure that the BHA's site-based waiting lists are not being implemented in a discriminatory manner and that no patterns or practices of discrimination exist. A written report of the methods and findings will be delivered to HUD.
The contract will have a three (3) year base term with one (1) one-year extension option exercisable at BHA's sole discretion. The estimated contract amount is $75,000 (to be confirmed against the independent cost estimate).
