2418 — Vocational Lab Equipment, Supplies & Housewares

Alief Independent School District is seeking catalog discount pricing for Vocational Lab Equipment, Supplies & Housewares. This proposal applies to but is not limited to the following categories: Automotive, Crafting, Floral, General Lab, Model Rocket, Specialty Lumber/Woods/Plastics, Welding, Electronics/Electrical(STEM), Fashion Design, Robotics, Agricultural Science, Health Science, Veterinary Science, Architecture Design, Hand Tools & Housewares.

Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period, with the initial award expected to occur at the June, 2024 school board meeting. Contract term shall be for five (5) years beginning July 1, 2024 ending June 30, 2029. Vendors may cancel at any time during the contract term if they so desire by notifying the Buyer of record. In the event the proposal term ends before another proposal is executed, proposal prices and discounts may be extended on a month-to-month basis by mutual consent. As proposals are received, they will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the District; however, VENDORS SHOULD RESPOND ASAP to be considered for contract award. Award notices will be sent electronically. Proposal responses will be accepted on a continual basis until June 30, 2029 at 2:00 P.M. (CDT). Responses should be submitted electronically.
