2320 — Lumber and Building Supplies

Alief Independent School District is seeking catalog discount pricing for LUMBER AND BUILDING SUPPLIES. This proposal applies to but is not limited to the following categories: LUMBER, PLYWOOD, FIRE-RATED DRYWALL, REINFORCING BAR, CEMENT, METAL FRAMING COMPONENTS, LAMINATE, ACRYLIC SHEETING, DOORS, AND ROOFING MATERIAL.

Vendors may cancel at any time during the contract term if they so desire by notifying the Buyer of record. In the event the proposal term ends before another proposal is executed, proposal prices and discounts may be extended on a month-to-month basis by mutual consent. As proposals are received, they will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the District; however, VENDORS SHOULD RESPOND ASAP to be considered for contract award. Award notices will be sent electronically. Proposal responses will be accepted on a continual basis until April 30, 2028 at 2:00 P.M. (CDT). Responses should be submitted electronically.
