The Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) is soliciting bids for the procurement and delivery of 21 pad-mounted transformers to be owner-furnished for an electric distribution project in the Native Village of Manokotak, Alaska. Bidders are encouraged to carefully review Appendix C – Scope of Work and Appendix D – Bid Schedule for detailed requirements, specifications, and pricing information.
Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all Addenda by email prior to the bid due date and time to be deemed responsive.
The bidder must furnish pad mount transformers as indicated in Appendix D – Bid Schedule and in accordance with Appendix E – Specifications. The scope includes providing submittals within 14 days of contract award, testing transformers and providing certified test reports, packaging and labeling transformers, and delivering them F.O.B. to a contractor's yard in Anchorage or the Mat-Su Borough. Delivery of all transformers is desired no later than April 1, 2027.
