The requirements on this solicitation are to: Provide a turnkey removal and proper disposal of the existing incinerator, including all proper paperwork submittals for any crane usage. Fabricate, deliver, install and commission one (1) commercial-grade cremation unit. This unit is to have dual burners, natural gas, single chamber crematorium with a single load capacity of 500 lbs. Unit must be able to burn at the rate of 125 lbs/hour. 3-phase, 480V electrical configuration with digital chart recorder. - Provide a turnkey design, fabrication, delivery, installation, commissioning, supervised cure, emissions testing (if required), setup and staff training for a new unit with a comprehensive operations and maintenance manual, will Require Air quality permitting, Two (2) pet loading cart specially built for this machine, and clean out tool to be included. The company must retrofit the current openings in the roof for the unit and secure any crane permits as the facility is in a military fly zone, providing a 2 year warranty, and quote for the specifics and frequency of a recommended preventive maintenance schedule.
