Alaska Public Records: The State of Alaska (State) must comply with the Alaska Public Records Act and all other disclosure requirements contained in federal and other State laws, including court and administrative orders and rules. If the offeror wants the State to consider withholding any information, the offeror must comply with all the requirements identified in any statute or regulation, e.g., AS 36.30.230(a), and in the solicitation document.
The Contractor will construct an 1,100-foot Category II subdivision road in Ketchikan, Alaska, including site preparation (timber felling, clearing, grubbing, excavation), developing a TLO rock quarry for material, installing drainage structures, and coordinating with KPU for electrical/telecom and with Northern Utility Services for a waterline. The road must meet Ketchikan Gateway Borough Category II Road standards and DOT&PF driveway permit specifications. An additive alternate for constructing 17 driveways may be awarded at the TLO's discretion.
