The contractor shall supply equipment, personnel, and supervision to provide winter contaminant plowing services for Airside Ramp and Taxi lane locations at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Services include snow plowing, snow removal, and stacking of snow in designated areas, with call-out services available 24/7/365 from November 1 through April 30. The contractor must provide a minimum of five wheel loaders with snowplow attachments, two loader buckets, one crew cab pickup, and one high-speed runway sweeper, all stored on airport premises. The contractor must have at least 3 years of airport airside construction or snow removal experience, and the Contractor Coordinator must have 3 years of progressively responsible experience supervising similar operations. Response time for call-outs is within 1 hour. Subcontractors and joint ventures are not allowed.
