INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC Auxiliary Parking Lot Expansion, Project Number CSAPT01274**,** will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 10, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state-funded project will expand the auxiliary parking lot for long- and short-term parking at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Work includes clearing and grubbing, pavement removal, excavation, subbase course, crushed aggregate base course, lighting, CCTV upgrades, curb and gutter, hot mix asphalt, pavement makings, topsoil, and seeding.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be November 15, 2026.
