Quotes for the Levelock Airport Maintenance Contract, Project Number 26-25SC-1-009, will be received until 2:00 p.m., August 21, 2026, at the office of the Contracts Officer, at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.
Furnish all labor, tools, local supervision, and perform routine summer and winter maintenance of the airport facility including preventative maintenance on Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities owned maintenance equipment, building structures and roadways located on airport property unless otherwise designated. The State may opt to offer renewal of this contract for five (5) additional one year periods.

Work shall consist of routine summer and winter maintenance of the Levelock Airport facility including preventative maintenance on Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities owned maintenance equipment, building structures, and roadways located on airport property unless otherwise designated. The contractor must perform daily inspections, trash removal, snow control, spring and summer maintenance (grading, brush cutting, drainage clearing), routine maintenance of signs, lights, markers, and reflectors, and maintenance of State equipment. The contractor shall also provide assistance to State employees, perform minor building maintenance, and ensure the airport is kept open 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
