The contractor shall provide all LMS software, programming support, labor, equipment, IOT digital lens calculation data, and access points for Opticom and VisionWeb to operate the LMS in-house at the VISN 20 OFL. Specific tasks include providing all software and hardware for the LMS system and IOT digital Freeform designs; providing all general and digital freeform lens calculations; providing unlimited remote order entry and job checking; providing 24-hour telephonic and online technical support; setting up and supporting Opticom and VisionWeb services; and identifying a Program Manager. The contractor's LMS must be compatible and interface immediately with CPRS, VISTa, and CERNER, and the contractor must provide evidence that their lab software is already accepted for use by VHA IT systems. The contractor shall also provide all comprehensive training for all programs installed.
