The contractor shall provide Comprehensive Medical Services for FCI Williamsburg and SPC Williamsburg including inpatient and outpatient facility services, professional community-based medical services, telehealth specialty consultations and 24-hour teletriage, institution-based optometry and physical therapy clinics, an Onsite Scheduler and clinical Point of Contact, management of inmate medical records and discharge documentation, and submission of properly priced invoices with medical claims adjudication support.
