The US Fish and Wildlife Service Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) in Adams County, State of Colorado, has a requirement to repair all asphalt surfaces at the refuge's Rattlesnake Hill Road. This is a re-solicitation of RFQ 140FGA26Q0059.
A site visits are scheduled for Tuesday, October 6 AND October 13 at 10:30 am MT. Site Visit registration and meeting location information can be found in Section L of the solicitation, under FAR clause 52.236-27.

Patch approximately 338 square yards and place reverse (inverted) capeseal with slurry on the bottom layer followed by chipseal and compaction over 0.75 miles of 22.7-foot-wide concrete asphalt on Rattlesnake Hill Road (FWS Route 101) from Havana Street to the large metal swing gate, including surface preparation, placing hot-mix asphalt, compaction, joints, tack coat, crack sealant, two-coat surface overlay, geotextile, traffic control, and cleanup in accordance with Section 321216 and the Statement of Work.
