Solicitation N68520-27-Q-1008 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis to Evident Scientific MIS, Inc., under the authority of FAR Part 12. The Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) requires the procurement of the Nortec 700 Eddy Current Flaw Detector system and associated scanners, probes, and interface cables to establish a standardized digital baseline for the Navy’s Automate NDI with Machine Learning (ANIMAL) Project. Evident Scientific MIS, Inc., is the only known source of this requirement. Any substitutions may render incomplete delivery, validation and calibration of the system.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
See attached RFQ.
