Services include annual portable fire extinguisher inspections, fire sprinkler system inspections (annual and quarterly), five-year fire sprinkler system internal inspections, semi-annual kitchen hood system inspections, CORE certified semi-annual kitchen hood system inspections, fire hydrant tests and inspections, quarterly fire department connection inspections, five-year fire department connection hydrostatic tests, quarterly sprinkler inspections, quarterly visual inspections of fire alarm devices, annual inspection of rolling fire windows/sliding fire doors, 6/12 year fire extinguisher hydrostatic testing and inspection, quarterly kitchen hood cleanings, monthly exit light inspections, replacement of fire alarm batteries campus wide, NICET III Notifier certified personnel for maintenance and repair, annual hands-on Notifier training, visual inspections of fire alarm devices, and fire protection engineering services.
