Solicitation number N6883627Q0007 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ), for Washer and Dryer Lease and Maintenance Services at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay, GA. The services to be furnished under this contract provide Washer and Dryer Lease and Maintenance Services in support of naval personnel at NSB Kings Bay. NSB Kings Bay provides support to the fleet, fighter, and family by maintaining and operating facilities of the Trident submarine force. In support of naval personnel, the provision of washers and stacked dryers in the housing facilities are required in conjunction with the maintenance of the appliances.
This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform all operations for washer and stacked dryer lease and maintenance services. This includes furnishing, delivering, and installing commercial top-load washing machines and front-load electric commercial stacked dryers that are in good working order and no older than 4 years. The contractor must perform all unloading, unboxing, transport within buildings, and final placement of equipment. Services include preventative maintenance, repairs, replacement of parts, and cleaning of building exhaust duct systems semi-annually. The contractor must maintain a minimum of 95% operational availability for both washers and stacked dryers across all sites. The work is performed at Buildings 1041, 1053, 1068, and 1070 at NSB Kings Bay, GA.
