AMENDMENT 001 is issued to extend the solicitation period. This will allow for answers to submitted questions to be provided to interested vendors. A separate amendment shall be posted with those answers. The closing date is changed to 14 August 2026.
This requirement is set aside for small businesses.

The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work. Please see the attachments to this announcement for the solicitation and supporting documents.
Questions are due to the contracting officer and contract specialist by 31 July 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered prior to the closing of this solicitation.
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to replace forty-seven (47) fire-rated doors at Building 24/26 at USCG Base Alameda on Coast Guard Island. Tasks include project management, confirming door and frame dimensions, clearing interferences and moving furniture, removing existing doors and hardware, inspecting and preparing existing frames, installing new commercial fire-rated doors and hardware (including BEST-compatible SFIC locksets, hinges, peep sights, and automatic closures), and performing daily site cleanup and debris disposal. The contractor must submit product details, cut sheets, and a project schedule within 10 business days of award. Work shall be performed between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, and must be completed within 60 days of award.
