377th Medical Group (MDG), Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) requires ground maintenance/ landscaping service in a
manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and
professional appearance on clinic grounds located off installation. Please See Attachments for Instructions, and evaluation criteria.

A site visit will be conducted at 1501 San Pedro Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM, 87108, on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 1 pm Mountain Daylight Time. We will start promptly at 1:15 pm as this site visit will not require an RSVP and allow some flexibilities. The Government team will gather under the main entrance to the 377 MDG.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary for grounds maintenance at the 377th Medical Group, Kirtland AFB. Services include pruning shrubs and trees (standard pruning up to 10 feet, branches under 3 inches), edging ground cover every 2-4 weeks, weed control using pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicides, native turf and shrub management, gravel area maintenance, weekly property clean-up including trash and tumbleweed removal, fall leaf clean-up, and hazardous material management. The contractor must submit a monthly schedule, a Quality Control Plan, and comply with all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
