The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to safely demolish, remove, and replace deteriorated shower tub units and associated wet-wall components for two housing units in Eureka, CA. Tasks include site preparation and demolition, subfloor and framing preparation, plumbing and valve installation, tub and surround wall installation, and cleanup and disposal. The contractor must install new pressure-balancing shower valves with scald protection, new waste/overflow piping, and commercial-grade slip-resistant acrylic or fiberglass tubs with waterproof surround walls. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards, and the contractor must submit a detailed schedule and product data for approval.
