PGMB Security Gate

The contractor shall furnish and install a complete automated vehicular gate system at the PGMB main entrance, including dismantling and removing the existing gate leaves, providing approximately 25 feet of automated gate and 15 feet of chain-link infill to close the 40-foot entrance, integrating with existing card/badge readers and exit loop/coil, verifying and utilizing the existing electrical power source, and providing all interface devices, wiring, and controls. The contractor shall also retrofit two existing automated access gates with AHJ-approved emergency access key switches or equivalent devices, including all wiring, conduit, and mounting hardware. Work includes commissioning, testing, training PGMB personnel, providing O&M documentation, and a minimum 1-year warranty. The period of performance is 90 calendar days from award.
