The contractor shall perform a complete NFPA 99 inspection, testing, and certification of the medical gas and vacuum systems once per contract year, covering master alarm panels (117), area alarm panels (157), zone valves (514), patient terminals/outlets/inlets (4,279), manufactured assemblies/DISS disconnects (4,279), source supply equipment, bulk oxygen and manifold systems, and medical air/instrument air quality certification. The contractor must also perform preventive maintenance on source and distribution equipment in conjunction with the annual service, correct deficiencies identified during inspections or as requested, and perform out-of-cycle (unscheduled) inspection and testing as needed. An initial baseline certification must be completed within 30 calendar days of award. The contractor shall provide all labor, ASSE-certified personnel, calibrated test equipment, tools, materials, consumables, transportation, and reporting.
