The work generally consists of mobilization, SWPPP, clearing and grubbing, construction staking, material import/export, installation of pumps (40 GPM in-line treatment booster, 75 GPM pump house booster, 75 GPM submersible), pump house structure and electrical, electrical transformer with phase converter, electrical power poles, overhead electrical service line, overhead communication line, design-build electrical operating system, cofferdam, HDPE non-potable water pipes, air/vac valves, gate valves, HDPE casing pipe, concrete bulkhead, concrete manholes, galvanized steel drain pipe, flow meter, underground storage tanks (6,000 gallon), looped water distribution system including HDPE pipe, gate valves, water services, fire hydrant, drain drop manhole, HDPE drain pipe, tie-ins, water meters, design-build replacement of water treatment system, dock waterline HDPE pipe, and roadway items including asphalt surface repair and waterline service road.
