Courier Service VISN 22 East Sites

The contractor will provide courier services for the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22, across numerous facilities in Arizona. Services include transporting medical specimens, surgical instruments, pharmacy items, mail, and logistics bins between VA medical centers, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. The contractor must maintain 24/7/365 on-call STAT courier capacity and perform scheduled and emergency runs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The contractor must provide a primary IDIQ program manager and ensure all pick-ups and deliveries are safely stowed and transported. The contractor must also comply with all security, confidentiality, and wage determination requirements.
