All work shall comply with ADEQ requirements, EPA 40 CFR Part 280, NFPA 30/30A, and VA environmental and safety policies.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, certified personnel, equipment, and tools necessary to perform annual and triennial ADEQ-mandated Underground Storage Tank testing, inspection, certification, compliance documentation, and reporting for three emergency diesel USTs at the Phoenix VA Health Care System. Annual work includes ATG system certification, walkthrough inspections of spill buckets, fill areas, containment sumps and monitoring wells, line leak detector testing, line tightness testing, and ADEQ reporting. Triennial work includes spill bucket testing, containment sump integrity testing, overfill prevention equipment testing, and ADEQ documentation package submission, plus emergency repairs, emergency call-out troubleshooting, and additional reports. All work shall comply with ADEQ requirements, EPA 40 CFR Part 280, NFPA 30/30A, and VA environmental and safety policies.
