The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision and personnel to complete the FY27 NRM Brooklyn Upgrade Life Safety/Critical Branch Electrical Distribution Construction in Building 1 in accordance with drawings and specifications. Task Nos. 1, 2 and 3 install a dedicated life safety branch with automatic transfer switches and electrical distribution equipment on each floor, Task No. 5 upgrades or replaces distribution equipment for fault current capacity, and Task Nos. 6 through 26 correct equipment code violations, including transformers, switchboards, panelboards, branch circuits, lighting, disconnect switches and fire-rated penetrations, with only Base Item 0001 applicable.
