The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to completely reroof the kiosk, including removing existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, vents, drip edge, valley flashing, and rotted fascia; disposing of all debris; inspecting the substrate; repairing the roof deck as needed; and installing new underlayment, drip edge, shingles, ridge cap, replacement fascia, paint, and stain. The work also includes painting the fascia and staining the support beams. All work must comply with manufacturer specifications, 2021 International Building Codes, Forest Service Specifications, and OSHA regulations. The work area must be cleaned daily, and a magnet used to remove nails and staples. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no work on Federal holidays.
